As of February 8, 2024, the federal government is no longer accepting new ACP enrollments.

Fill out the form below only if you wish to transfer your existing ACP benefit from a different provider.

Please review all these terms and scroll to the bottom of the page to submit your consent.

By submitting the form below, you consent and agree to the following terms and conditions.

• The ACP discount is temporary in nature;
• once the ACP ends or you are otherwise no longer eligible, you will be subject to Shentel or Glo Fiber's undiscounted rates and general terms and conditions should you choose to continue to receive service.
• You are entitled to obtain services supported by the ACP from any participating provider and may choose to transfer the discount to another provider at any time.

If you are currently enrolled in the ACP and wish to transfer the ACP discount from your current bill, you must consent to certain personal information being shared with the Administrator of the ACP including:

• Your full name
• Full residential address (not PO Box)
• Date of birth
• The telephone number associated with the account receiving the ACP discount
• The date you start to receive the ACP discount
• The date on which the discount ends and the amount of the discount
• The means through which your household qualified for the ACP benefit

You will need to acknowledge that this information is necessary for the Administrator to properly administer the ACP.
Except where in conflict with the terms of the ACP, your services are subject to Shentel or Glo Fiber's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies.
If you do not agree to all the above, you will not be able to receive the ACP discount from Shentel or Glo Fiber.
