Once all requirements are met, both you and your friend will receive a $100 Bill Credit. Terms and conditions apply.

All you need to do is complete this form. After that, we will notify your friend that they have been referred. If they sign up within 30 days, and keep service for 60 days, we will automatically contact both of you with more details on your reward.

*A few reminders about the criteria that must be met:

  • Your friend must live in a serviceable Shentel area.
  • Your friend must not already be a customer and must sign up for internet service online within the next 30 days, using the email address you provided.
  • Your friend must keep Shentel service for at least 60 days.
  • Both you and your friend must be customers in good standing at the end of the 60 days.
  • You may refer as many people as you wish, however, there is a maximum limit of $600 in referral rewards each calendar year.
  • You cannot refer the same person or the same address twice within 12 months.
  • Once you are eligible to receive the reward, you will receive a confirmation email.

*Once all requirements are met, both you and your friend will receive $100 in bill credits. Terms and conditions apply. The referred friend cannot have been a Shentel customer within the past 120 days and must live in a serviceable Shentel area. The referred friend must sign up for qualifying Shentel internet service online within 30 days of this referral using the email address you provided in this form. Both you and your friend must remain customers in good standing for 60 consecutive days after service has been installed or activated in order to receive the bill credit. Credit will be applied in increments of $10 per month for 10 months. You may not refer the same person or address twice within a 12-month period. Maximum referral rewards for any one person in a calendar year are $600. You must be 18 years or older to participate. Employees of Shentel, Glo Fiber, or their parent company are not eligible to participate in the residential referral program. Other restrictions and eligibility guidelines may apply.
