| Responsibilities include all issues involved with fleet vehicle procurement, purchasing, licensing and maintenance for all subsidiaries of Shentel. This includes construction and off road equipment as well as all motorized standby generators at all properties and Dial Offices, Pop Sites, and Head Ends throughout Shentel's area of operations. Coordinate vehicle repair and maintenance through vendors including record keeping activities. |

Job Summary:
Responsible for maintenance, installation and repair of CATV services in the Shentel Cable systems. Installs all Shentel Cable video services, CATV based internet access and voice services. Supports system troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs from the customer premises to the head end including all active and passive devices. Will be included in Shentel on-call schedule and expected to work Saturdays periodically. Daily contact with customer concerning service problems and installation of equipment as well as testboard regarding clearing troubles. Frequent contact with manufacturers for technical assistance. Working conditions include climbing, bucket truck operation, attics with fluctuation of temperatures, small crawl spaces, heights, driving approximately 50 to 100 miles a day and working diverse hours.
